A note to show my appreciation of the work you have so far completed at my property.

The work is first class, clean, neat and importantly very tidy all the while. I shall have no hesitation in accepting your estimate for the further work that needs to be done, and would willingly recommend you to any of my friends and neighbours. Your attitude is always friendly and I would never hesitate in asking you to work in the house alone.

Since you were first introduced to me by Age Concern, I have not, nor shall I ever, look for any other workman to decorate for me.
